The honest ones first

Will this regrow my hair?

No, and we will not tell you otherwise. Bellamy is a cosmetic protocol, not a drug. It is formulated to thicken and add body to the hair you have, reduce breakage, support the scalp, and improve the appearance of density. Minoxidil is the only ingredient approved over the counter for regrowth, and that is a conversation for your doctor, not a claim we are willing to borrow.

How long before I see anything?

Ninety days. Around day 30 most people see nothing, and that is exactly on schedule — it is where most people quit. Around day 60 shedding usually settles first. Around day 90 a strand that started growing when you began has finally grown far enough to be visible at the parting. If you want a result faster than that, we are not the right product.

How will I know if it is working?

Photograph your parting in the same light, same angle, on day one, day forty-five and day ninety. Gradual change is almost impossible to judge from memory. Judge it on the photographs, not on how a wash felt.

Ordering and billing

Is this a subscription?

No. Every order on this site is a one-time purchase. Your supply ships in a single delivery, you are charged once, and there is nothing to cancel. The three-month and six-month options are larger supplies at a lower cost per month — they are not instalment plans and they do not renew.

Why does a longer supply cost less per month?

Because a ninety-day protocol only works if you actually finish it, and because packing and shipping one larger box costs us less than three small ones. Three months works out to $132 a month, six months to $124. Both are charged once, up front.

Can I buy the steps separately?

Yes. The shampoo, serum and mask are each sold on their own. The protocol is designed as one system, and the serum is where the actives are — if you only take one step, take that one.

Using it

How often do I use each step?

Shampoo three times a week. Serum along the parting every evening. Mask through the mid-lengths once a week. That is the whole routine.

Can I use it with colour-treated hair?

Yes. Nothing in the protocol strips colour.

Is it fragranced?

No. Scalps get more reactive through menopause, and fragrance is the most common irritant in hair care. There is no masking scent, so the products smell faintly of what is actually in them.

Can I use it if I am pregnant, breastfeeding, or on medication?

Please ask your doctor first. We are not able to give medical advice, and we would rather you asked someone who can see your history.

What if my scalp reacts?

Stop using it and email us. A reaction is covered — we refund it, and we do not ask you to finish the bottle first.
